2023 Sponsorship Opportunities

A limited number of sponsorship opportunities are now being offered to select businesses for the upcoming Southwest Georgia Home, Garden & Outdoor Expo. Each sponsorship level has its own unique criteria. all designed to promote your business by association with the expo, as well as with the Albany Herald.

Title Sponsorship $5,000 (Only one package available)

Maximum exposure with: Naming rights in logo (Presented by), Premium 20×20 booth, Print advertising, Digital Advertising, Special Section advertising, Bold Listing, website recognition, as well as recognition in all print and digital advertising.

Show Bag Sponsorship $3,000+ (Only one package available)

Company name/logo and advertisement will be printed in one-color on 1-side of minimum of 500 show bags with plastic handles along with the SWGA Home, Garden & Outdoor Expo logo. Sponsor can also provide their own sponsor logo bags for a discounted sponsorship fee. Benefits include premium 10×20 booth, Print advertising, Digital Advertising, Special Section advertising, Bold Listing, website recognition, and recognition in all print advertising.

Welcome Sponsorship $3,000 (Only one package available)

Your company will be the exclusive Welcome sponsor with your product or promotional item giveaway provided to attendees upon entry into the show (e.g. First 1,000 attendees receive an ABC Company widget; minimum of 500 items; sponsor provided item). Benefits include: Premium 10×20 booth, Print advertising, Digital Advertising, Special Section advertising, Bold Listing, website recognition, as well as recognition in all print advertising.

Stage Sponsorship $2,500 (Only one package available)

Naming rights to the Speaking Stage. Benefits include: Premium 10×20 booth, Print advertising, Digital Advertising, Special Section advertising, Bold Listing, website recognition, as well as recognition in all print advertising.

Water Sponsorship $750+ (Only one package available)

Be the Official Water Sponsor. Provide water bottles to attendees (at Sponsors’ Expense) or Show Management will produce 500 sponsor logo bottled water (additional $500 expense). Benefits include: Premium 10×10 booth, Print advertising, Digital Advertising, Special Section advertising, Bold Listing, website recognition, and print.

Beer Garden Sponsor $1,000 (Multiple available)

Be an official alcohol sponsor of the event and be part of the Beer Gardens to have your product(s) sampled and sold to attendees.

Official Sponsorships $750 (Multiple available)

Be an official sponsor of the expo with the recognition in Print advertising, Special Section advertising, Bold Listing, website recognition and a premium 10×10 booth space, as well as recognition in all print advertising.
